    mag tatanong lang po ako, currently under probationary po ako and nakaka 2 mons. palang po ako then, suddenly nangangaylangan ng attention ang father ko or assistance that may affect my work, dahil diagnose as blind and diabetic so kaylangan ko po mag file ng emergency resignation letter, broken family po kami and may mga family na din po ang mga kapatid ko , so ako lang po ang available para tumulong sakanya paano po ang pag filing at maaporbahan ang emergency resignation ko. thanks

    Sir good day! question lng po: An employee resigned after 1 day due to health reasons but there was no Med Cert. attach to his resignation letter. Makukuha po ba nya pay for the 1 day na nagduty sya?

    Hi Sir good morning. I would like to ask when issuing an NTE does it have to be noted by or issued by the HR Manager or any HR personnel? Does it matter if the signatories from the notice are not on a managerial or supervisory level? Also, can an employer hold employees salary while on suspension?

      (1) and (2) signatory is immediate head and noted by HR Manager
      (3) no work no pay, so if suspended, no pay on the covered period

    Hello po, may client po kami na nagpa accedited, since supplier nila kami we need to comply also on the reqts. May NC po kami which is “medical for pre employment requirements should be free of charge to the applicant” sa amin po kc sagot ito ng applicant. Nag search sin po kami sa DOLE and OSH sabi nila should be the applicant who will pay doe the medical not unless meron po g saeiljng clinic ang company and meron physician. Medyi mahirap sinnpp i interpret ung nakalagay sa OSH manual may nakalagay po doon ja free of charge meeon din po nakalagay na charge to applicant.
    Kanino po ba dapat talaga.

    Hello. Question lang po. Nagresign po ako rendering 20 days only. But in the policy it states that 30 days should be rendered. When I passed my Resignation letter I assumed that it is okay that I will only render 20 days because my superior give consent through signing on my RL. And the HR accepts it. So the issue now, is that the HR don’t want to sign my clearance because of that reason. They also said that I will not able to get my final pay, 2316 and COE. But the HR said that they will only give the COE for consideration. Do you think it is acceptable that they will not give my backpay?

    Sir, Good Day, nagfile ako ng resignation ko nung March 31, 2018 and the last due date for 30 days will be April 29, 2018 Sunday, now sabi ng supervisor ko pasukan ko pa daw ung April 29- May 5 kasi magcacause lang ako nang shrinkage since nilagay nya pa din ako sa headcount at schedule. Eh ang kaso last day ko dapat APril 29 at di pa niya inaapprove till now. Gusto nya iapprove sa may 5 pa. pede po ba un o pede na akong di pumasok sa April 30 since last date ko ay april 29 khit di nila iapprove? Please help.

      the minimum requirement is 30 days, beyond that, it should be mutually agreed. ex. contract or resignation letter. without your consent, it can me misconstrued as involuntary servitude.

    Direct to the point na po agad ako sir. I filed my resignation last Mar. 2 until Apr. 2 but my manager refuse to accept it because she want me to extend until Apr. 13. sinabi ko na 30 days lang naman talaga ang standard days pero sabi nya d daw nya pipirmahan ung resignation letter ko hanggat d ko papalitan ung date. so wala po ako nagawa kundi sundin sya. ang sa letter ko po ay Mar. 2 until Apr. 13 after that tsaka nya lang pinirmahan. before that nag sabi na ako sa kanya na my balak na akong mag resign siguro mga 5 days before Mar. 2.

    Question lang po:

    ung bang apr. 3 – 13 pede bang d ko na pasukan kasi sabi ng iba pakiusap na lang naman daw un or extension na tinatawag at d na ako obligado pumasok. nakapag rendered na din naman po ako ng 30 days sa company. so pano po kaya un? Salamat po ng madami sa maitutulong

    Good morning Sir.
    We are in the process of drafting a clearer definition of how corporate social events such as company parties, CSR activities, sportsfest employee time must be paid or not.

    Can company not pay the hours rendered if it is outside employee regular working hours? What if the CSR is voluntary? What if the CSR is compulsory?

    Appreciate prompt response.

      just an opinion, if you require them, payment will be expected. If voluntary, let them know the arrangements ahead of time and incentivize their participation
