Hello po. May sanctions po ba kung yung employer ay hindi nagbigay ng kopya ng contract sa employee?
pag nawala nila contract, then regular employment status agad.
Pero may kopya po sila. Wala po ako kopya and sinasabi nung hr na hindi pa ako pwedeng maregular kasi based daw sa working days yung regularization(naging floating agent po ako nung nag-ECQ). Ngayon di ko po matandaan kung may ganung condition kasi wala po akong kopya ng contract.

Hi question po sana if for managers may fixed rate salary. Do they get their full salary for the whole month even if stop operations kami due to covid? Or is it no work no pay too? Sa contract po kasi required sila 40 hrs per week.
they can apply leave so they will be paid. before you apply no work no pay, explore first work from home or whatever is applicable. no work no pay is the last recourse
